  2. Iran is one of the richest oil country, sine CAN NOT sell oil to other counters , their oil reserves are full, they should give free gas to their own people instead of raising the price of gas by 300% from 1000 Toman (Iranian currency) to 3000 Toman

  3. I have no love for Iranian government, but be wise people of Iran. Do not turn your country into another Syria/Iraq. Most of these people who are protesting ARE thugs and hooligans. Just like they were in 1953 when CIA/MI6 overthrew Mossadegh. And then again 1979 when revolution happened. None of which was done by Iranian people but foreign agents.

Don't be stupid. Most of the pressure that you're going through is because of foreign meddling and sanctions.

  4. Shah of Iran took Iran from the poorest country in the world to the top 9th largest GDP economy in the world in 1979. It was projected that Iran would be top 5 largest GDP country by 1995. Iran was by far the largest economy in the middle east. That is how fast the economy was growing under shah. Today Iran after 40 years under Islamic Regime it isn't even in top 20 GDP economies anymore. These Mullahs got a superpower and they burned it down to the ground.

  5. So what if the oil price is increased. With public money how can a country government makes a budget. US embargo has strained the government of money.

  6. I was in Iran during the previous unrest in 2008-2009. People were protesting quitetly every day. I saw them capture a few anti riot guards and instead of pouring rage on them, they protected them from the angry people and gave them water and sent them back. But the Government technique was to use their anti riot and militia forces to break car windows, break into shops and set cars on fire to create an image of riot. They use this as an excuse to supress the people. I saw anti riot guards jumping up and down on the bonnets of cars and 14-16 year old kids with militia clothing breaking car windows. They actually enjoyed it. I was terrified seeing how far a Government would go to frame its own people, to keep themselves in Power. An extremely kind and understanding Nation, ruled by thugs and thieves. Ironically the leaders of those thugs and thieves called the Protesters "Thugs" today! Shame!!

  7. 200 Protesters have been shot by the Regime police so far in the first 3 days of protests based on Amnesty International statistics.

  8. I do not know who the Tehran government thinks it is talking to when it calls the protesters thugs, etc. To control the protesters some one needs to talk to them, and calling them bad names does not help that. The protesters are telling the Government of Iran that it needs to rethink doing something that will drag down the whole economy, like raising fuel prices. The final fix for all the economic problems Iran is having is to engage with the multiple nations imposing sanctions, and find out what will satisfy them that sanctions can at least be eased. Only then can a rational decision be made as to what concessions are both economically and politically reasonable. The most obvious move would be to stop trying to get something quite useless, like nuclear weapons. Iran hardly needs them to threaten its neighbors, and with respect to the Western powers they would only put Iran in the cross hairs. The United States has a "no first use policy" which applies only to non-nuclear states. If the United States under Donald Trump felt sufficiently threatened, you could expect a nuke attack on Tehran. Thus, trying to become a small nuclear state with a bomb or two does not seem to be particularly rational, even if there were no sanctions. With the sanctions the drive to go nuclear is nothing less than criminally insane.
