  1. we need to blow up something to get their attention and then we need to take fire because this government is just corrupt and we need to save this country from fall

  2. If your attacking a Police officer with a wrench and a claw hammer Id say that could be construed as a life threatening attack.
Lethal Force was justified in my eyes.

  3. Next time, take your own gun and not a fkn plastic bat…You want to make change? Then change it, otherwise, suffer the consequences.

  4. Wow, I didnt watch until the end. I actually thought this was a fair account for a few minutes…*Sigh* Hitting someone with a pipe definitely can cause death or serious injury. Let me smack you with one and you can stand back up (assuming your conscience at all) and say "Dats no hurted me fined!!". And YOU dont know whether he gave a warning because the audio isnt that great and he has a mask on. But one would think holding your revolver out in front of yourself is a pretty darn big warning, ya dimwits.

  5. Protest is a Right of Any Citizen
But beating Police with a melee weapon is not a good way
He shoot to save himself from Mob

  6. The Times is very concerned about the shooting of a man who is beating an officer with a hammer, and first aid not being immediately administered.
I'm all for activism, but as soon as violence is involved, it becomes part of the problem, not the solution. Real activism is in the tradition of MLK, Howard Zinn, and Noam Chomsky; -it's peaceful. These protesters were throwing Molotov cocktails at the police. So it's okay to set a person on fire if he's perceived as the enemy? These cops were in more danger than the protesters, as, until the moment shown, they were using non-lethal weapons. They showed remarkable restraint, and this would not happen in America. The cops are doing their jobs and kids with hammers are attacking them.
As soon as a car or store window is broken, a car tipped over or set on fire, or a weapon deployed, it's not activism anymore, it's criminal behavior.

  7. Dude the protesters came swinging at the officer of course he’s going to shoot and especially after seeing what a mob of protesters did to another officer I would be more then willing to save my own or a the life of another.

  8. The violent protestors are extremely well organized and sophisticated in their attacks. They use an app and first to scatter the police out by setting places in fire, then when the police are stretched thin, they come in herds, and chase one or two separately so they are out numbered. This is not what a common grassroots protestors can do, they are well trained. I wouldn’t doubt that there is an organization behind them and support them financially, and with clear directions.

  9. In the US, if someone shows aggression to a police, the police will not just shoot once. He will shoot at least twice to make sure the aggressor has been completely neutralized. They are trained to do so to protect themselves.

  10. Drawing and pointing is a good indicator that he is going to use the thing he is holding and pointing especially while being attacked. I’m all about the protests but this is to be expected . Can’t make an omelet without breaking a couple eggs
