  17. The only reason YouTube is recommending this is that Google doesn't want to get sued for monopolizing, so they prefer to sponsor DuckDuckGo. The same as what Microsoft did for Apple when Apple was going bankrupt. The world is still fucked up lads, using duck duck go won't to do much 😀

  20. DuckDuckGo is not very good while searching in French. It gives me results in English anyway. That's why I don't use it a lot.

  23. But doesn't the Google algorithm consider other things besides the appearance of individual terms found on web pages? Is the consideration of the number and type of web pages that link to the target page, or the content of other pages at the same target domain negatively biasing the search results? Isn't the idea of searching websites to return pages that most closely match the user query, an inherently biased function?
