My mom has this phone.
We had a customer come into our electrical store with their 24H old iPad Air, They had set up the face unlock, went to unlock their iPad and it wouldn't recognise the face, The customer had previously had a stroke and set up the face unlock with his 'Stroke' face, Apple ID didn't like it and wouldn't identify him as the owner.
We had to assist the customer with resetting the tablet to re-setup the tablet without it.
