  1. August, 1969… 8-years old. I'll never forget how I felt. Typically, I cannot stand Tarantino's films. But this one got me.

    Seeing James Stacy ride his motorcycle off the set. That's how he would have liked to have been remembered. Google his story.

    But the ending? Brilliant!

  5. I'm a class of 69 HS grad. They nailed the car scene pretty damn well but could have used a few more muscle cars (eg. Mach 1, Road Runner, SS Chevy) to more accurately depict the then prevalent US automotive culture, especially for southern California.

  7. I'm sorry, but Once Upon a Time in Hollywood was no where near Tarantino's best work. I love Tarantino's films, but this one I considered the worst(I gave Jackie Brown a pass). The one thing I love about his films is his disjointed style of mixing genres but it went haywire in this one. The only thing that saved this one for me was Brad Pitt's character. Brad threw down. Not hating on Quentin at all.
    But, cmon, if you're a true Tarantino fan who was there from the start, can you honestly say this was the superb film the mainstream media is pushing? Cmon.

  19. Don’t know why I found this movie excruciatingly painful to watch . At times I had to fast forward it . Awesome actors but no character development,felt as though Tarantino was trying too hard . I love all his older stuff but this movie was a miss for me. Amazing acting from individuals but a disappointment film.
