删除“ Other”空间并加快Mac速度的4个简单步骤

要支持Snazzy Labs的内容,请通过http://snazzyzon.com访问Amazon。

很少有什么比计算机上的磁盘空间少的烦人的了。自从Yosemite(以及El Capitan的未来版本)发布以来,文件管理变得更加复杂。 App Store中的许多工具都无法解决问题,因此,我在这里向您展示一些根级别访问方法,以清除,减少和删除Mac上的“其他”部分并释放硬盘空间。

OmniDiskSweeper:http://snazzy.fm/omni

终端命令:sudo /Applications/OmniDiskSweeper.app/Contents/MacOS/OmniDiskSweeper(YouTube在复制代码时通常会添加“-”标记。请确保其显示与您在此处看到的完全一样)

  1. I have just subscribed. awesome video. I wonder if there is any method to get rid of the iphone "others" cache files too like in this video without restoring the ios? I hope u can make a video to help us get rid of it since most iphoners complain about it on facebook groups.
    thanks.

  2. Hi. I have macbook pro 13” mid 2012. I am currently on the latest macOS and still have the iPhoto since it was already there when I bought it and saved some photos there. Then apple introduced the Photos app. So i still have both applications. I wanted to remove the iPhoto since it is outdated already. I am just worried regarding my photos there that are also appearing in the Photos program as well. I am afraid to lose my photos. Your help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

  3. When I "sweep" my harddrive, it only "sizes" 77.6GB of my 128GB drive…. it seems to find everything BUT the "other" stuff that can be deleted. How is this helpful? I've gone through the entire drive and "other" takes up far, far more space than all of my important files, apps and system files combined… help!

  4. ? Great tips on space stealers!

DaisyDisk is an easier, more current tool than Omni Disk Sweeper. Free in App Store.

Onyx is an easy tool for cleaning caches and other system cruft. Also free and long established.

  5. Thanks for this great info! However, I entered the "invisible" password and nothing happens. The next line that shows up is the name of my macbook and that's it. It doesn't open the disk as in the video above. Anyone have suggestions for the next steps I should take?

  6. I tried Omnidisksweeper. It showed 27 GB of ethminergate files. I deleted them but it didn't gain up any space in my iMac. Its still the same old space that I had before sweeping it off. 🙁

  7. Even though this vid is nearly 4 years old. I was able to clear up 50 GB by the deep sweeping done by Omnisweeper. Had low expectations when starting the video thinking it would be another one of those cliched videos with just fluff about deleting Photos and Backups. Proved me wrong! Liked and subbed!

  8. Any updates for OS X Catalina? Command S doesn't open single user mode anymore. I can only find literature from Apple to access it from recovery mode but that doesn't work either.

  9. Would this be a better alternative to CleanMyMac and MacKeeper (especially the OmniDisk part)? Ads for those services are always popping in everywhere for me. Some say those software do more harm than good though.

  10. Huge thanks to the author(s)! Worked extremely well!
Installed Catalina and a problem: App Store doesn't work!! Probably because of new OS or I have deleted it somehow from my mac. What can I do to fix the App Store?

  11. I just did the command sudo in the terminal and now my computer is having graphical issues and has a pink boot up screen. It's also can't get past the boot screen. Is there anyway around this? My MacBook is not working? Was my computer fried from the command? Any help would be great. I did your exact instructions.

  12. omnidisk didn't open after i typed my password and not sure if i should open it myself incase it doesn't get 'root access to the drive'. any help would be amazing?

  13. This is what it keeps doing (responding), as OCCCrashCatcher: Not enabling crash catching since we're connected to a tty (and thus presumably in lldb) 2020-03-18 10:36:17.358 omnidisksweeper[4762:376217] No Info.plist file in application bundle or no NSPrincipalClass in the Info.plist file, exiting Any assistance, would be helpful!

  14. Fantastic info thanks! Helped this Mac-illiterate person find out exactly what was taking up space.. Turns out mine it was Outlook log files. Very weird.
