  6. The US has fake Capitalism… So the government is intimidating a foreign company while angling a US company to buy it? Are we to believe the market determines anything in the hostile economic climate… Its HSBC last week , Huawei yesterday, ZTE last month, Venezuela oil companies last year, Cuban medical doctors last year, Russian Gas companies yesterday, Swiss pipe laying companies last month…. When is the free market competition going to determine success or failure of US business without very "visible hand" of the United States government subotaging competitors to aid their market dominance…. The story of Micron against UMC would be a joke where it not true.

  7. China Communist party will use all unlawful ways to infiltrate TikTok and retrieve US citizens' information, as how they have been doing to companies not owned by Chinese in the past. If they can do this to US companies, how easy it is for them to do the same to TikTok? Microsoft should not spend the money buying a company might be ban eventually, but use the money to invest into a new App that is safe for all Americans, Canadians, Australians, Indians, Japanese, Koreans… whoever does not like their private info been steeled. Microsoft will have a much bigger market to offer a safe App.
