  11. Not true – the usual fireworks show was cancelled in view of Hong Kong』s sociopolitical crisis. There was above all pepperspray and teargas by riot cops to usher in a new year of protests. But then again CNA is based in Singapore and wants to keep China happy.

  17. Free Hong Kong! I was lucky to catch fireworks in Hong Kong last year and this show is nowhere near as good. I hope 2020 will be a better year for Hong Kong people!

  23. the real light show is on the streets where old people are set on fire, Molotov cocktails thrown, subway stations and businesses set on fire.

  30. Saddest fireworks I』ve seen in Hongkong, the music likewise makes me cry. Nothing to rejoice as many people are struggling. My wish for Hongkong is peace, justice, stability, and forgiveness

  32. Hong Kong firework show of New Year Eve will be changed to a light show, due to Hong Kongers want a environmental friendly way to celebrate. I'm a Hong Kong People so I know what happened. Help Spread thx.
