    China is a trade cheat.

    The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative』s report to Congress on China』s compliance with global trading rules is an exception worth reading. In measured prose and great detail, it lays out the many ways that China has failed to enact promised economic reforms and backtracked on others, and uses formal and informal means to block foreign firms from competing in China』s market. It points out correctly that in recent years, the Chinese government has increased its intervention in the economy, particularly taking aim at foreign companies.
    All of this directly contradicts Beijing』s commitments when it joined the World Trade Organization in 2001.

  8. Maybe China should just stop stealing from America and we wouldn』t have this issue. Almost a trillion dollars a year China is taking from Americans. That』s bullshit. As long as trump is in office we』ll ride this out.

  12. The Chinese lying, stealing, copying, & forced technology transfers have to stop at all cost! If they can't, China should be decoupled and isolated.

  13. Most US products in China are considered luxury goods, and they are optional to buy or not to buy. It does not hurt people there if they buy luxury goods from other countries or even not to buy them. But it is opposite in America. Most China's products are daily items and American must pay more soon when tariff hit them in December. For now, America companies have order enough for X'mas before the tariff hit. But everything will be more expensive after X'mas. Then many more American people will complaint about this stupid trade war. Recession is company to America for sure.

  20. This Trump's trade war is more than cold war. Trump regime is trying to block the Chinese tech giants progress on global scales and sovereignty of China what average Chinese should and should not have in their living standards and livelihoods, leave alone the speed of the creations of millionaires and billionaires within China. It is about time, Chinese media should step up their game, building their teeths and reach of global influence. Global public opinions matter and foremost! Show some technologies and AI rather than same ole garments and sewing!!!
