    When trying to install, it will give ERROR 27850 and in the 3 URLS below, it is explained how to fix it:

    Summary:
    1. download dneupdate64-msi
    2. install dneupdate64-msi
    3. try again to install the AnyConnect client and it should complete.

  4. September 2019, this fix still works! Damn Microsoft can't leave well enough alone with every major update, but at least they still leave Sonicwall installed, so it's an easy matter of uninstalling and reinstalling the Cisco VPN, then editing the registry key as shown, and I'm back in business again. Thanks!
