4. The 2 holes in the cases are for a wrist strap, like the ones used to be in the old phones with keyboards built-in.

5. I have that exact same multi charging stand, and I love it. Warning to those that have cases for AirPods (both pros and non-pros), if you have a case on your AirPods, it might not fit on the AirPod charging stand. If you have pros though, you can just set them in the middle.
