Cisco AnyConnect 安裝過程中報錯：
The VPN client agent was unable to creat the interpocess communication depot
解決方法：
1、windows+R，services.msc
2、找到 Internet Connection Sharing(ICS)，右鍵停用。如果永久禁用，請右鍵屬性，啟動類型改成禁用
3、重新安裝 Cisco AnyConnect，即可。

其實還是 ICS 問題 剛才安裝時出錯暫時停止了 沒想到這裡 連接不了半天 還以為我網路問題 查閱禁用ICS服務 立刻解決問題。
當然你不一定會出現這些問題，比如你使用WIN10系統 比如你網路環境較好等。
The VPN connection is not allowed via a local proxy.This can be changed through AnyConnect profile settings.
這個問題 谷歌搜索 第一頁里就有解決辦法。
