In Finland we already have true 3.5GHz 5G in all major cities. The network was up even before the first devices were released. From the beginning of December you could already buy consumer 5G subscriptions with speeds up to 1Gbps.

5G is turning into a scam by big cellular companies. They want 5G to be a buzz word that convinces misinformed people to pay more and rebuy a whole new generation of phones. So misleading, they show off millimeter wave as if they』re ready to pay a trillion dollars burying unground cables to install millimeter wave mini towers at every couple 100ft across the whole country.
Have you ever seen any other dev kit for game systems? They look nothing like the finished product and are usually merely to create the os and gui for the game system, and typically as well as some demo games
