Shaman also has that gimped cheat death talent and ghost wolf acts as a DR when talented.
I really like the good philosophy behind the categories and the rankings. I think there's some room to argue about the details, which is fine. The underlying reasoning is stuff I wish more players understood.

Been playing dps only for so many years i don't like the dps aspect of healers.
Which healer does the most damage regardless of its passive healing? Resto shaman, probably?

How did you actually build the hps data from warcraftlogs cause there is a potential issue. For shamans, the logs are "contaminated" with battleshamans that dont actually try to heal and bring the average hps way down. If you are measuring resto shaman hps potential, you need to clean those out.
