3. RocketMan deserved way more nominations I mean taron Egerton was amazing in it he even sang the god damn songs himself and he isn't nominated for best actor

4. lego movie 2 was snubbed and I'm hoping john williams wins best score for his final score

5. If you haven』t seen Parasite you』re doing yourself a disservice, it』s a coin toss between that and joker for best film

6. Frozen II was the animated feature snub. Not a lot of noise being made over it but it was my favorite animated movie of the year by far. Weird take but I LOVED it and not a big animated movie guy. Little Women for Best Picture.

7. Parabellum was one of the year's best, but they didn't nominated it in even a Best Sound Editing…

14. Honestly, Frozen 2 was definitely snubbed, but at least it has nom for best score. The noms were similar to my predictions however we'll see.

16. I am shocked that Wilem Dafoe wasn't nominated for best supporting actor. His performance in The Lighthouse is one that will be talked about decades from now. I feel like the people who are supposed choose these Oscar nominees basically take the easy way out by penciling in the usual suspects (Al Pacino and Leornardo Dicaprio for example). Pacino and Dicaprio are both phenominal actors but the performances in which they were nominated for this year are subpar when compared to some of their past performances.

17. What about avengers endgame completely ignored in the technical categories? I know that cinecomics are not criticsfriendly movies, but under the technical point of view it's a masterpiece. Besides Silvestri deserved a nomination too

18. Leo shouldn』t be punished for doing bad movies like Sandler and Murphy.

19. Goddamn shame The Lighthouse and Uncut Gems got snubbed hard. I'm not surprised though. 11 nominations for Joker though, what a joke. The only nomination it deserves imo is for Phoenix' acting, and even so I think there are superior performances in that category. Personally I'd probably give it to Adam Driver for Marriage Story.

    I'm bummed Endgame didn't make the list due to it being my favorite film of the year, but it's understandable why it didn't. I hope it wins Visual Effect! I really hope Joker wins out of the 9 for Best Picture.
    Actors I wanted to get nominated for Best Leading/Supporting Actor:
    -Robert Downey Jr.: Avengers: Endgame (NO!!!)
    -Taron Egerton: Rocketman (NO!!!!)
    -Joaquin Phoenix: Joker (Yes)
    -Matt Damon/Christian Bale: Ford VS. Ferrari (No)
    -Robert DeNiro: The Irishman (No)
    -Al Pacino/Joe Pesci: The Irishman (Yes)
    -Adam Driver: Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise Of Skywalker (No)
    I really think RDJ and Egerton deserve Oscars. They both had incredible performances and imo, topped DiCaprio. Oh well, Phoenix all the way for Joker, he would make Ledger proud.

    Also Awkafina didn't get nominated but Margot Robbie got
