  2. How do you get a size six file down a size two hole? Wouldn』t it be better in the demo to preserve a bit more tooth so there is something to help retain a crown?

  3. How long are you taking to do a basic 3-4 rct? I've tried everything and still take 2 hours minimum.
    Ps I tried your wrapping the file with Teflon tape for root zx use in a metal crown and it worked like a charm!

What about a tooth having 3 canals 2 of them are normal and the 3rd one is calcified in the middle means i can see the end of the root but the middle of the 3rd canal is calcified and i tried many times to remove the calsification but with no result and paitient getting sweeling nd now i shld remove the root filling that i did fr only 2 canals and try fr the all three canal if u know any solution plz response me

  9. Thanks for the video. I had a situation where I was filing to 16mm with Niti but unfortunately it caused a step. I had to then bend my k files to get past the step but my niti rotary wouldn』t follow this glide path and kept getting stuck at 16mm. Any suggestions to get my rotary files past this point? Many thanks once again. Chris

  10. Few thoughts on the case.
    1.i think you are using manual files way too fast. This access cavity needs more work.

    2.why to use wave one gold. It is more logical to use the pilot if you like recioroc or mtow (10) or a oro glider. In cases like this I like alternating mtow and progloder as one is a constant taper and the other is progressive.

    You can use a recioroc or a wave one gold but it is too aggressive dentures and messy to my taste.

  12. You have made the access too wide mesio distally. This kind of cavity reduces fracture resistance of the crown. I would have made a small access bucco lingually at the approximate center in enamel with high-speed and take an xray to see if access is going in the direction of canals. If yes I will shift drilling to slow speed and repeat xrays after every mm or so to check the direction. At the previously measured depth at which orifices are likely to be present I will etch for a minute with phosphoric acid to clean the debris and soften the dentin covering the orifices. At this point color difference is clear if you want more clarity caris disclosing gel is a big help.

  21. Hey Doc, how do you deal with ledges? My recipe with calcified roots is small diamond bur (red), navigation with cbct ( if exists ) and then only ultrasound gently with SOM of course and a lot of NaOCl

I love u so much for what u just present it was amazing and really really helpful thanks so much for this great video i wish u do all the new video like this one and about courses I suggest u make the paying is by currency of the country they watching u from that may help u make more money and more famous (because u are perfect) and helps other to watch your videos and why by there currency because dollar in some country makes a lot and they could not handle it
