Just switched from iOS 12 to 13 and iOS 13 is quite faster.
If you guys wanna jailbreak iOS 13 on a Windows-based PC, I suggest the "Ra1nstorm Jailbreak" method, it's the easiest, in my opinion. It doesn't take too much time to install Ubuntu on your PC, and after that, you can find some simple instructions on youtube on how to jailbreak your device in just a few minutes. Good luck!
