1. I've been hearing alot about how the PS5 ssd will change the way we game. I'm finding it hard to believe but excited to see how it accomplishes this just by increasing loading speeds.

3. X box beating playstation haha …id say playstation has beaten x box one hands down at E-3 …4 systems in a row….lol…and has a bigger fan base and better exclusives….all the best hit movies from resident evil….silent hill….tomb raider were all original playstation exlusives .
   On top of that PlayStation has the edge cause they are doing something for PlayStation fans that they failing to do for the x box fan boys…which is producing their own virtual reality exclusives games especially with the new Playstation vr- 2 comming out for the playstation 5….which is supposed to be more wireless ….and I can see better playstation exclusives comming out for it like another resident evil ….and maybe silent hill or another final fantasy for vr.

   If you want a better gaming experience with more options playstation wins hands down…?

   Also with a bigger SD then the x box series x….your talking about downloading games on playstation in a matter or seconds and ready to go…also less wait time on the loading screen .

10. New team Microsoft member here. It was fun while it lasted Sony. Hopefully the new xbox games dont make me regret switching but the performance specs are too good to pass up

12. It runs at full power and variable frequency because your BUS speed is not variable, this when you overclochk the CPU the communication between components gets less efficient.
    Sony took out the traditional io bus and reengineered the data throughput to offload file management to a separate controller.

    Thus taking load away from the CPU. There are more GHZ available to use on the game.

    If you have 8 cores but are using 2for audio, and 1 for system 2 for the game and all the background services you run out of cores fast.
    An extra core being available for the game is 12% more processing available.
    It's all about offloading work. That makes it more efficient.
    And is a brilliant approach.

13. I'm more excited for XSX. Full back compat and Game Pass are just too good to pass up. Planning on getting a 4K OLED before the consoles launch. Can't wait to see what next gen will give us 🙂

15. I'll have all of my games saved on a regular 4tb external hard drive. And then I'll have an Xbox Series X proprietary 1tb external SSD card, where I'll have a handful of games on there that I'm playing at any given time. And then simply delete a game time to time on the 1tb SSD drive and bring it over from my 4 terabyte external hard drive. When I play a game I typically play it for a very long time so, I won't be having to delete and bring a game over that often. 1tb SSD should be plenty. I don't like to play games off the drive on the inside of the console simply because I don't want to wear that out so, I just play off the external hard or in the series X case, the external card.

16. im happy i bought the xbox one. so i will get the next one too. when can i pre order? but both console will be good so it dont mather what you get aslong you have fun palying games.

17. Already declaring victory when it hasn't even started yet shows the desperation of Xbox fans. The thing is the majority of people don't understand the potential of the ps5, they only see numbers and have no idea the context. This generation will be a repeat of the last.

20. Why are you people still going on about this VS horseshit, if you like paying for a powerful system with no real exclusive content that's any good at all… great, go for it. If you like paying for a powerful system that has an array of exclusives and player admiration… great, go for it. You are gonna chose whatever you want just cause you can. So again, this VS thing is straight up BS, from the moment it started. The comparison between the two systems are so different, you couldn't get a win out of this so called battle. Its moot and impartial at best.

21. It's all about the games man. That's why the ps4 – even though it was inferior to the xbox x technically – it won this gen by a landslide. Still, I am a ps4 owner but I think I'm gonna wait to see how series x plays out. Might get for next gen

23. well xbox isnt going to get any pc players to buy the xbox, because they're letting the xbox titles be played on PC, which is way stronger than any console will ever be, so pc players will probably buy ps5 to play their exclusives because they're always better
