bro u have to figure out other peoples problem here. clearly it didnt work for them so something must be wrong. for me it worked. 20kbps to my normal speed of 3Mbps. but i see a lot of negative comments here
you cant speed up your download speed with settings in Utorrent. if you want to have faster speed get faster internet and make sure you have enough seeders for your torrent. and even if you have enough seeders it still not guaranteed to get a faster speed. because those seeders could still have their upload speed locked in lets say 50Kbps. so it got nothing to do with the settings but with your download speed and the seeders. my father got a 1Gbit connection. and even when i download there i still get speeds of 500Kbps max. all because of the seeders.
