  1. I tried it, it said root available and when I clicked start root it was on 16% for a few seconds then it said root unavailable??

  2. +papo862 it failed to root my lg tribute 2 (LS665). dont know why but at start it showed that root trick is available but later it failed at 66%. please suggest something.

  3. like im sorta afraid to let my phone die now and when i try to uninstall it. it doesnt do anything. all i can do is disable root authorization and it just says i dont have root

  5. I haven't brick any it's very simple if make sure you follow directions and you shouldn't have a problem there is no recovery for t2 and v2 so the only way I know you get a security error is if you rename system apps

  7. EVEN IF IT SAYS ROOT STRATEGY NOT AVAILABLE ON THE FIRST TRY THERE IS A TRY ROOT AGAIN IF IT DOESN'T WORK ON FIRST TRY IT CAN TAKE VARIOUS TRIES

  19. REMEMBER PEOPLE ITS NOT RECOMMENDED TO UNINSTALL SYSTEM APPS ,PRIVATE APPS JUST FREEZE OR DISABLE THEM ,CAUSE ANY FAILURE FIRST THOUGHT WOULD BE I SHOULDNT HAVE ROOTED MY PHONE ,BLAME THE ROOT FOR FAILURE WHEN IN REALITY IT WAS HUMAN ERROR..

KINGROOT 4.5 STILL WORKS DID IT YESTERDAY 12-14-15 AND THERE ARE METHODS TO SWAP KINGROOT THAT ARE OPTIONAL .PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES SWAPPING AND SOFTBRICK THEIR DEVICE IF YOU SWAP AND BRICK YOUR PHONE DONT BLAME THE ROOT METHOD I PROVIDED. THATS WHY THOSE THUMB DOWNS ARE THERE LOL. IT MIGHT SAY NOT COMPATIBLE BUT THERE IS A TRY ANY WAY BUTTON SOMETIMES YOU GET IT AT FIRST SOMETIME 2 OR 3 TRIES BUT IT WORKS( READ DESCRIPTION )

  23. @Fernando I don't know of any custom recovery or Rom for the tribute 2 it's considered a low end phone so not to many developers will make this phone a priority so it may be a little time till someone tries to start custom stuff for the tribute 2

  24. @fernando what do you mean what next? reason why I root my phone is to remove apps, that can't be uninstalled regularly,to save battery,and use extra features on apps that require root permission. I hope you understand that doing certain things like uninstalling certain apps can brick your phone

  37. root method still works it might say not available but hit try anyway if phone reboots try again it works i unrooted and re rooted to make sure
