M. Night Shyamalan先生將他兩本出色的原創作品的敘事結合在一起，一部是嶄新的漫畫書驚悚片：Glass，它來自於Touchstone的《 2000堅不可摧》，以及來自Universal的2016年的Split。

布魯斯·威利斯（Bruce Willis）從《牢不可破》中重返大衛·鄧恩（David Dunn），塞繆爾·傑克遜（Samuel L. Jackson）重現以利亞·普萊斯（Elijah Price）的名字，他的化名格拉斯先生也是如此。從斯普利特（Split）加入的還有詹姆斯·麥卡沃伊（James McAvoy），他重新扮演了凱文·溫德爾·克魯姆（Kevin Wendell Crumb）的角色以及居住在裡面的多重身份，而安雅·泰勒·喬伊（Anya Taylor-Joy）成為凱西·庫克（Casey Cooke），是唯一與野獸相遇的俘虜。
 
斯普利特（Split）達成協議後，格拉斯（Glass）在一系列不斷升級的遭遇中發現鄧恩（Dunn）追求克倫（Crumb）的超人形象，《野獸》（The Beast），而普萊斯（影子）的陰暗面則出現了，他是一個對兩個男人都至關重要的秘密的編劇。

加入全明星陣容的是Unbreakable的Spencer Treat Clark和Charlayne Woodard，他們重新扮演了Dunn的兒子和Price的母親的角色，以及金球獎得主Sarah Paulson（美國恐怖故事系列）。
 
Shyamalan和Blumhouse Production的Jason Blum製作了他的全球大片，這也是他為這部電影大獲成功的頂峰，他們還為環球公司製作了作家/導演的前兩部電影。他們再次與執行生產的Ashwin Rajan和Marc Bienstock以及Steven Schneider和Kevin Frakes一起生產。加里·巴伯（Gary Barber）和羅傑·比恩鮑姆（Roger Birnbaum）也擔任執行製片人。

“玻璃”（Blinding Edge Pictures）和百隆豪斯（Blumhouse）的作品將由環球影業（Universal Pictures）於2019年1月18日在北美髮行，並由Buena Vista International在國外發行。

  11. Am I the only one who's freakingly annoyed with Mr. Glass. I hate his ambition to be known by people. Psh. I only watched this 'coz of Kevin Wendell Crumb hehe. James McAvoy's the best!

  28. That guy who has multiple personalities inside him trying to reach the door in the hospital but he couldn't. Why didn't he try to walk opposite to the lights? I mean he could walk backwards to reach the light so that light would not fall into the eyes?

  30. Fuck you for killing off these characters in an admittedly decent film. Those three built up more story in three movies than the entire MCU in all of its tales.

    And as for David's death, far too brutal. You murdered a hero!

    You called it an origin story. You've put the pressure on yourself to come up with one hell of a follow up, M Night…

  34. I enjoyed it if u know this director you know his movies are mainly about the plot little action but in the end it pays off and I』m big on action.

  39. MNS intended the trilogy to end like a tragic opera, and it successfully achieved that in many ways. But it would've been cool if David and Kevin's deaths sent the minds of Joseph and Casey into such a emotional powerful state, that they activated similar powers in themselves. Like Joseph having the unbreakable gene from his dad, and maybe Casey having this incubated 'infection' from Kevin that once activates gives her like armor skin that regenerates (which heals her scars too).

  40. I just saw this film and what it demonstrates is that professional critics really are terrible at their job, unless their job is to just lie to you. This was a very clever and smart film. It's nice to see M. Night Shyamalan back on his feet again after so many disasters like After Earth – which was unwatchable to me.
