  23. This is war time, so federal should step in and shutdown nationwide for 3 weeks, ban interstates travel for 3 weeks, then you will know who is infected and not, quarantine and treat the infected and free the uninflected to work
    Quarantine any passengers arriving for 2 weeks until the virus is eradicated from the world.
    Otherwise there seems to be no end to it!!

Dear USsians, India is the largest manufacturer of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine which could be prescribed COVID-19.  Mr.Trump, the President can have a talk with our PM Mr. Modi for exporting these medicines.  In fact, India has mastered in treating malarial complications.  Moreover, everybody in US is after Ventilator, equally at least 1:10 ratio, ECMO (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) machines should be there in all the hospitals. Tests are no place to be seen, yet infected government officials and Royalty seem to find it easy to gain kits for themselves while the front line NHS staff have nothing at all, that's before I even get to our citizens.
