40. hey gpedit.msc doesn't works on my computer i instaled too drivers and too "cracks" i'm trying to find the solution by myself but it's too hard, i dont know if in windows 8.1 works the command, already i can use "gpedit" but i can't whit "gpedit.msc"

42. umm the thing is i have tried the exact same moves that sandeep did..
    But im getting my net a little slower now like 10 ms more (i got 56 ms) but now i am getting 66 ms or something…
    so pls DONT TRY THIS !!!
    with my experience i am saying and the net speed is the same or more over the response of the internet is a little less as i think it is.
    so srry if i commented in this way but this is the TRUTH !!!
