Jio operates on 3 4G bands i.e. band 3,5,40… usually during data connection it takes band 40 to operate in those places where 3 bands are available(it is available at almost every place). That's why the data speed becomes slow as almost everyone is on that same band 40 duing that time in a particular place. When we place a call( no matter to what provider), Jio is likely to get connected to band 3(in some cases it gets connected to band 5 also), which is most likely to be unused. That's why the speed increases during call(I feel we know the relationship between the bands and there speed and reach out properties). If everyone tries to browse internet during the call at the same time, the data speed is likely to fall. Take full information first. Then make a video. Don't tell a thing without context. Thanks..
