7. How's it going buddy I have a tmobile note 2 that I would like to root on 4.3 original stock with the over the air update I would like to know how to save root it and not break my phone because of the over the air security patch that they did to block root access

I'm using an AT&T Galaxy Note 2 (SGH-i317) – I had to UNCHECK auto-reboot from Odin and pull the battery out for a few seconds in order to access clockwork recovery mode (otherwise it was entering stock recovery mode – said something about "manual mode" on the bottom) – I think it was related to the fact that I've received over the air updates from AT&T in the past and it's changed the process somewhat.  I found instructions on how to do this here:  http://androidandme.com/thread/att-galaxy-s3-wont-boot-into-clockworkmod-recovery/

14. So am I able to get updates when the updates come from samsung for the note 2? And how will I update my phone if it's available for the note 2, like 4.4 that's should be coming soon?
