腳步-
1.以管理員身份打開cmd。
2.鍵入netsh int tcp show global，然後按Enter。
3.鍵入netsh int tcp set global chimney = enabled並按Enter
4.鍵入netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel = normal並按Enter鍵
5.鍵入netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider = ctcp並按Enter
6.通過鍵入netsh int tcp show global並單擊Enter，檢查TCP連接狀態。
此方法不適用於Windows 8，因為Microsoft從Windows 8禁用了ctcp（複合TCP）功能。

2. cd/
3. netsh int tcp set global chimney=automatic
4. netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=none
5.restart
