  22. I'm sorry, I don't understand any of this. Who was even watching her? Why? Why do people watch train wrecks? How can you say the child was safe with her grandparents and then say in the next breath that Peaches came from a rough background? How can you say "we now know she is most likely a victim, although we don't really know anything"? None of this makes any sense to me.
