在特朗普總統建議人們可以給他們注射治療冠狀病毒的物質後，世界上最大的消毒劑生產商之一發出了緊急警告。

生產包括Dettol和Vanish在內的產品的公司警告說，「在任何情況下」都不應「通過注射，攝入或任何其他途徑」將其產品施用於人類。

食入會導致消毒劑中毒，甚至外部接觸也可能對皮膚，眼睛和呼吸系統造成危險。總統的評論遭到醫學專家的嚴厲批評。後來他說他只是在諷刺。現在在美國有50,000人死於冠狀病毒感染。

  7. I had seen that short clip before in a rebuttal video, and agreed with the rebuttal. But I kept hearing and seeing on YouTube that Trump told people to drink bleach, so I searched and watched a longer video to see if there was more that I did not saw in the first clip. I saw this 3 and half minute The Telegraph video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33QdTOyXz3w ) in its entirety, and I still did not find anything else other than the first clip.

    WHERE DID HE EVER TELL PEOPLE THAT DRINKING/INJECTING BLEACH WOULD CURE COVID-19? To quote Don Lemon, are you people crazy? All he did was asking the doctor about what he had been researching about the light's helpful effect on COVID-19, and he only said that he had asked the doctors if there was somehow a way to do the same thing inside of the body as the disinfectants kill the virus on the surface. At worst, he had asked a useless question to the experts about a way to cure the disease during an internal meeting. How come that turned into "Trump recommended people to drink/inject disinfectants". So, this is why the media are called fakes. And even the BBC. I used to trust BBC, but not it seems like a joke. Make a video like this "Disinfectant company warned not to follow Trump's suggestion" is just absolutely foolish. About the fact that Trump said it was sarcastic, I think it was a foolish excuse. If I were Trump, I would have just said "Yes, I asked a maybe stupid question to the experts. But I am not a doctor, so people like I could ask some stupid questions. Isn't that why I have experts on my team? If I knew so well about medicine, why would I need them? But you people on the media, who made news as if I told people to inject bleach, are absolutely dishonest and horrendous. You should be ashamed of yourself. Tell me how that is not worse than asking a stupid questions."

  30. Actually Trump's initial observation was correct. Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation had been disinfecting bacteria and viruses from the bloodstream since 1928.
