Love all the haters in the comments saying "it's going to be downgraded on console" lol dude its running on the console. Dont be mad because you will have to put more money into your pc than it would cost to buy a console to run UE5 games.

Those who are wondering wether is this going to be a real game or not ? The answer is no. This is a conceptual based demo which tells how much capable their engine is! This kind of trailer was also released when unreal engine 4 was introduced but the game in trailer was never made.
Supposing that is an actual gameplay (which we know it is not) and it runs like that on a ps5 (supposing it really is a ps5 which I wouldn't believe 100% considering Sony's recent perfomance issues with the ps5) imagine how that would run on an xbox series x considering it is much more powerful than the ps5. But to be honest… this presentation just gave me a lot of the division vibes.
if this is how it will actually be and wont be downgraded on release ! then ps5 is WOW

@MathChief … Sir, THANK YOU ; thank you for, unlike other YT'ers i'm seeing covering this, NOT belittleing the importance of UE5's new design. The Devs worked HARD to get Nanite(?) to work on a practical level and this is important to them and future gaming development.
