  1. I have 2 problems with my pair. One, it seems one side discharges much faster than the other and Two, it is out of sync with my pixel slates video sometimes.

  2. Don't get too excited…. They have major sound issues. Look up "intermittent sound issues with Pixel Buds" I have a call placed with google support currently. They really only work perfectly when sitting down and not moving. They are completely unlistenable when outside on a simple walk or being active.

  3. Funny how every review just repeats the same marketing material talking points pointsl. Not a single reviewer actually tried to use the earphones even for a day.

  4. I like sharing music with friends. Would they disconnect if my friend had one bud and I had the other? How far away can they go without there being issues?

  5. Why do people want Noise cancellation on ear bud. I wanna hear what's going on around me if you want Noise cancellation buy headphones

  6. In NYC, when on the subway (when we ride then again!), I don't need my ear drums blasted away so I can hear music. Sounds like this is not ideal without noise cancellation.

  7. I was looking forward to these but disappointed they don't have noise cancellation. It probably ok to use them daily but it would be much better to have noise cancellation for flying. Will wait for the next gen. What's big deal on Google Assistant? You can still have it with other earbuds or headphones.

  8. Honestly, they're meh. My right bud constantly just stops working and requires a hard reset to get it working again. Inconvenient when you don't have a wire charger around to perform that reset… Say on a run. It's a defective pair but Google's support team is unhelpful in getting a replacement. Received a defective pair? Well Google wants you to just buy a new pair (for $200) and then send back the old ones and they'll refund at some point after they receive that defective pair. I'm the meantime, they're holding onto $400. They're comfy and minimalist but other than that they are proving to be trash.

  9. Verizon has a 30% off 3 accessories deal so I ordered 2 packs of leather cable straps for $10 (cheapest accessory they sell) and pixel buds for a total of $140
