  1. Loving what you've done here. I'm really hoping to get this working in a very specific way. I've created a wireguard VPN within a docker container on digital ocean, and while logged into the container, I've installed this with the vector_install.sh. After it finished, I used netstat to confirm the nginx service is listening on port 80 of the container, but when I try to use my reverse proxy to look at it from the outside, nothing comes up. I just get 502 bad gateway. Any ideas?

  2. Hello, Thanks for this however, we are receiving the following errors, is this still valid?

  5. Great video, thanks for sharing!
I have created this on Linode and got through using the vector script. Just some more testing to see if it will meet our current need but it looks good.
The GUI is a great tool. I found that the QR Code repeats itself in the image but I think you've noted this already and I'm sure it's on the list.
Do you have any recommendations for securely sharing the end configuration files with the different users?

It would be really useful if this could have different options for the groups where one group only has access to associated servers and not to the internet and only to their associated servers and devices. Also the ability of DHCP associated to the devices or groups as separation would be a nice to have as it could be shared across multiple users.

    Thanks again!

  6. You do good work, thanks!

Regarding Node, will newer versions work? I have tmux and some plugins on my servers using Nodejs v10.

<grin> You can do plenty with just bash as the glue stitching those other parts together.

  7. Hi, thanks for making this great channel! i have been following the tutorials and really appreciate all the excellent work created. I have one question on the vector implementation – the wiregaurd host created seems not secured – e.g. vector.opensourceisawesome.com as the example in video, – would this pose any security issue when using the server? any way to secure the host into https:// connection? Thank you again for your time and look forward to hearing you soon.

  8. first off, awesome channel so far. good luck with it! question about vector: will this run on the same machine as a pihole install if the script removes dnsmasq? i have a dnscrpt/pihole/wireguard setup and i'm wondering if this would break the pihole.

  9. Glad I found this small channel. Try networking with the other Linux Tubers to get more eyeballs. Your content has been speaking for itself.
