  1. One of Roscoe's other residences in Hollywood became a restaurant that was open in the 1990s; it used his name as their name somehow; I just can't remember how. It wasn't Roscoe's – that's the chicken and pancake place (if it's still around). It might have been called Fatty Arbuckle's – went there a few times (nowhere near as much as to Roscoe's though!).

  2. Jordan, I just discovered your videos, you're sensational!!! They're fantastic!!! I've been binge watching all videos, thank you…

  3. thanks for the true facts about arbuckle. I love your videos, and i love your dog he is so cute, he has the cutest walk. you speak well you would make a great talk show host or game show host and great actor. good luck to you .

  4. Mr. Lion heart ty for your YouTube show I'm a disabled vet and I happened to find your show while I was recovering in hospital from surgery basically salting on things I wouldn't be able to do any more or places I would be able to go and threw you I'm able to do this so ty

  5. I'm so glad I found your vlogs and historical videos. You take us places some of us will never see or if we did would not know the history. Thank you.

  6. Ohio is a wonderful place. You can get all seasons in one day! And there's so much to see and do! Love my home state! It's a shame what they did to Roscoe. He didn't like Fatty!

  7. As a fan of hers, I must mention that, aside from Buster Keaton, darling, dear Mabel Normand also helped Fatty in this time, before another scandal torched her own career. They were not only colleagues, but very good pals.

  8. I loved the old Fatty Arbuckle movie's I watched the old movies when I was a very little girl with my Grandpa?Thank you for this vlog. I'm not old but, I have been told I have an Old Soul? That home was lovely.

  9. FYI Virgina Rappe was the model for the sun maiden on the raisin boxes. Honestly, I think that Fatty and Virgina were both used and tarnished in the media. I feel bad for both of them.

  10. Virginia went to Roscoes bathroom to throw up after drinking too much. Roscoe followed her in to the adjoining bedroom and locked the door. Guests heard Virginia screaming inside the room. When he eventually opened the door, Virginia was moaning on the bed, saying " He did it. He hurt me. I'm dying". Virginia was in alot of pain and kept screaming. Roscoe told her to be quiet or else he would tbrow her out the window. She wasn't taken to the hospital for three days. By the time she was taken to the hospital, she was in and out of consciousness. In her lucid moments she accused Roscoe of assaulting her. Autopsy showed she had a ruptured bladder.
Whether this poor girl was loose or not, she didn't deserve to die. Especially the violent way she died. She did not enter that hotel with a ruptured bladder. Whatever happened to Her, it happened in that bedroom.

  11. Jordan, thank you for everything you do. Have you done anything regarding Billy Haines? Billy was essentially the stepfather of one of my best friends. Grew up hearing wonderful stories about him. Hugs, M

  12. I'd like to get a T-shirt sometime, one with Jah on it. It will have to wait till my power bill goes down, as Fresno is cold in the winter, but Jah is so cute.

  13. So interesting and so sad. I never knew. Only the evil story that he impaled her with a champagne bottle and with his weight on top it burst her bladder. Then it was noted, in the papers, he said, "Get this woman out of here. She screams too much". If that evil story wouldn't turn the public against him, what else could?

  14. Not much has changed from the destruction of the reputation of Rosco Arbuckle. Seems as a human race we have never learned not to make judgements based on media reporting.
