is it possible to do this across different web pages that have different urls. For instance having three different web pages displayed on three different screens with a single video synced between them, although each url will respond differently. Somewhat like an advertisement that plays on each URL page that can be interrupted by an action but will return to the video.

theres a delay between each right? it's not 100% sync..? is there a way to do this?
