  3. This is classic Nord with their shitty business practices. Its stupid for the companies to take advantage of OSS just to make themselves stand-out and look exclusive.
    Also Lightway is really odd how is it so much slower, they need to improve this as it doesn't look like they are going to implement wg.

    Lastly, bet no reviewers will mention that nord stole the wireguard source code and renamed it as theirs….but when Torguard steals some code for their app they use that as a reason to mark down the score.
    Nord shills; YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!

  4. They might just try and take the best of wireguard and put in code they come up with and make it there own. Since it is open source they will have to release what changes they made. I disagree that any thing that is released should be renamed unless the person releasing it comes up with a different name for some reason.

    I buy a deal, but do i need Port forwarding for streaming?
    Its not for this VPN, I send a email later this week about my choiche and some problems.
    I have 5 services premium VPNs for low price.
    I paid 53 euro (60 Dollar) for 5 years for (No 10 or 12 as last month) 5 devices now, and in the discription 10 #Strange.
    I ask support, big blablabla sorry whe put you on 10 now.
    Hmmmm its still 5 devices.
    But my question, do i need special port forwarding or not for streaming.
    Otherwise I use for streaming another VPN.
    And thanks for all your videos.
    Its not posible to give a reaction on my Nvidia 2019 Pro on Youtube, so I use the laptop now.
    Once a day I check the comments.
    I know its not totaly safe, but i try hahaha

  8. Well Tom if you read my previous comments, you will know my opinion on Nordvpn, but here's the thing they say they developed a thing call double nat, which overcome a privacy exploit in the orignal wireguard, THIS EXPLANATION is from their website.
    To put it simply, the double NAT system creates two local network interfaces for each user. The first interface assigns a local IP address to all users connected to a server. Unlike in the original WireGuard protocol, each user gets the same IP address.
    Once a VPN tunnel is established, the second network interface with a dynamic NAT system kicks in. The system assigns a unique IP address for each tunnel. This way, internet packets can travel between the user and their desired destination without getting mixed up.

    HERE'S the thing, if there is no other vpn provider who has addressed this until now and they are the first who came up with this solution, then its their right honestly speaking. About Expressvpn, it's 100% new protocol built from scratch, talked with customer support several times about it. They say, it will be open source, once it's finished which obviously is very transparent from them, because not all vpns who come with their own protocols make it open source.

    I would think NordLynx was it's own thing if I didn't see this video or read info on it

  10. Agree with this, makes it very confusing, and many non techies that want a vpn don't know what Wireguard is to begin with.. – voomando
