I have also been collecting since 2012 and I feel like they are getting less creative with the scents because they know the collectors will buy them. Twinkle was especially a disappointment to me; I almost stopped collecting after that, but I smelled Sunshine (2019) in the store and liked it and managed to find a good deal online. But the fact that they couldn't even choose a different name and have had 2 flankers called Sunshine (with totally different scents) is blatantly lazy! They could have just called it 'Sun' or just called it 'Shine' — why a repeat name?! Ugh. Also while I'm on the complain train, I will just nitpick and say that I don't like how they made the Marc Jacobs lettering bigger on the Daze bottle either. I wish there were more consistency.
Because I'm a sucker, I'm still buying Daze as I've found a good deal, but I really appreciate this review from someone else who has the other flankers. Basically after hearing your review I am not getting my hopes up for a new favorite fragrance with this one, but maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. I definitely love the look of all the bottles together on my dresser though, and this one does look so cute! I think Blush has been my favorite flanker so far though Delight is a close second. I wonder if they will stop at Daze or continue with a new one for 2021 — honestly kind of hope they stop at 10 years' worth and make these next 2 really outstanding.
I love buying everything on sale, but specially perfumes because they are so expensive. I am now just buying sample sizes because I have so many. I have the Daisy and I really like it but you are right, it just doesn't blow me away. I love the bottle. Marc Jacob's bottles are so pretty. xoxo Marta
Thank you for sharing! I love how informative your videos are. This is unrelated but I know more than anyone will empathize. ? I got a mini .25 fl Oz bottle of the Kate Spade In Full Bloom Blush as part of a GWP last year. I meant to use it as stocking stuffer but I recently found it when organizing a closet. I am so bummed that I didn』t try it sooner because now Ulta no longer sells it & it』s hard to find it online. Tons of the regular In Full Bloom, the non 「blush」 version but I can only find the Blush in some minis on resale apps or the full priced bottle on the Kate Spade & Belk sites. But I loooove it and it』s so frustrating because I find it hard to find scents that I can wear without getting nauseas or a headache or it changing throughout the day into a scent I no longer care for on my body.
Daisy daze is my favorite followed by daisy eau so fresh daze. I think they actually smell better after you use it a couple of times and then let them sit a few months. I didn't like the others. I only bought daisy daze but I had a 50% coupon where I bought from which is the only reason I bought it. I love Marc Jacobs fragrances.
OMG ?!! I always watched your videos specially the Marc Jacobs collection and because of you I am collecting the Marc Jacobs Daisy line now.. From having 1 to 11 now in just a year and a half..??
