You can buy android tablets but it's not suitable for long run, i had android tablets that works good for some time but then it slows down but in ipad the processor is soo strong that it would always gives you a faster response rather than the s 7 tab . Ipad air always best for long run, IF YOU NEED A TAB FOR FAST PERFORMANCE AND FOR LONG run. Gooooooo for ipad. Best choice 🙂

15. Ipad for digital artists and tab s7 for overall use both are really great at gaming but iPad would be better for gaming

16. Xbox Game Pass Cloud Game Streaming is only on Android, so from a gaming perspective, S7.
    I really like the magic keyboard. But also like the kickstand keyboard cover of the S7. But I saw Magic Keyboard is better currently because it is backlit.
    Storage: S7. More base model storage and expandable.
    Pen/Pencil: Included with S7

    I bought the S7+ because I wanted the biggest screen, but didn't like the aspect ratio. I returned it for the S7.
    That said that iPad Air is really nice and as someone who hates iOS, I am still tempted to try it.

18. I wonder if 5g+ moonlight streaming + cloud gaming actually make android tablet better than iPad… Ipad has better optimized apps and better soc but android can run cloud and windows smoothly with 5g / wifi.
    Still, 3yrs os update is a deal breaker, especially when tablet generally has a longer lifespan than phone

22. My opinion of the best part of Samsung tab is the S-pen experience, it is much lighter than the Apple pencil and feels like using a real pen! I feel the Apple pencil is too stiff ? Also Apple pencil is so pricy, unlike Samsung we don't need to pay extra money for their S-pen ?

24. i am currently trying to choose between an ipad pro and a tab s7 for my for my photography workflow, photo editing and multimedia like netflix or youtube, tab s7 or s7+ seems to be a better choice.
    
    and yes i know it's an ipad air here but it's almost the same as pro, just face id or pro motion miss and a different camera

As a real life user I don't pay any attention to benchmarks anymore, particularly as I've seen so many real life usage examples that shows up benchmarks to be of very little value to anyone except geeks. If I was in the market for a tablet right now, it would definitely be the Samsung, and for a practical reason. Samsung Android devices have far better integration with the apps used by 97% of all businesses around the world and they are Windows apps like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, One Note, AutoCad and many others.

49. yea i am really in a bind here

    i have two options here : ipad pro 64gb wifi version and samsung s7plus

    i pad pro is way better with performance but s7+ is better in media streaming and some normal stuff.
    i want to draw too and watch a lot of netflix ,yt etc.
    i know the ipad will be real good for the productivity stuff but i will be losing on the good stuff like 120hz and amoled.
    so right now i am going with s7+ as the apps are getting there like clip studio .
    so i think its better overall for me to use and can replace my pc too a lot.

    so what do you say!?
