  1. What is the effect of run speed up on jumping (button B)? Wiki tells that it does not affect jump length. But how about jump speed? Say if I keep jumping for a certain distance

  2. Actually, Nozzlenose info is incorrect. L3 and H3 have been changed slightly from their Splatoon 1 incarnations, so the "buffs" are actually adjustments to their new mechanics- and end up being pretty significant nerfs instead.

    In Splat1 they were put down between shots and ran at full run speed. Their own speed values were really low to compensate for that fact, but that didn't stop L3 from having uncontested fastest strafe in the game, and seemingly heavyweight H3 was deceptively quick as well, around Splattershot level.
    In Spla2n Nozzlenoses are held up like normal shooters, so they have constant run speed. L3 was downgraded to Splattershot-level speed, and H3- to .52's, which are both huge nerfs.

  3. Just going to throw this out there. I'm guessing when you said nozzlenoses got speed buffs it's referring to their very slow firing speed? They no longer strafe quickly in this game since the firing animation lasts longer meaning you get no speed boost between each burst.
