  1. I can't signing in. Can someone answer me why is this happen? I mean it took me so long to signing in and it is almost an hour that I decided to cancel it. Is it in my internet connection or what? Thanks.

    My problem is
    I made mistake and changed google password. Now I need new install.
    This time chinese app will not open? Why?

  6. Hi andro dollar… I have tried couple of phone reset and did the procedure step by step.. But i am stuck with the "try logging in via web" and keeps on signing in only..
    Tried also couple of times buy still fail.. Any other tips please. Thanks. ?

The chinese G icon app don't work. when i open it their are only to choices to choose from, a white button and the blue one. if i chose the white one it will close the app directly, and if i chose the blue one nothings happen and then got back to that same choices again. i can't proceed to activate, i did factory reset and do things again but still the same issue. my phone is P40.

  23. It took me about 10 tries. When I was finally able to go through all the steps and successfully apply them on my phone, I started to get again the "not certified device" popup messages again 🙁

  28. I got to the part of signing in and verify that under setting I have google account added properly. Then when I opened the play store, i got error "error while retrieving information from server DF-DFERH-01" Any help?

  29. I tried this again for the 6th or 7th time… Each time I do a factory reset and make sure everything is fresh. Before, when I was able to actually sign-in to my google account, the message saying my device was not able to access google kept popping up every 3 seconds. The last two times, I get to the sign-in part but it just keeps looping on "This can take a few minutes" -I've tried signing in with different google accounts even and still no luck. p40 pro. Any ideas?

  30. Thanks for all this. I get to the point of sign-in but then the notice: Device is not Play Protect certified continuously pops up and will not allow me to sign into my google account. p40 pro. Any suggestion?
