  7. I might come watch the webinar I』m just broke. Starting the microgreens business and now trying to get funding to finish off and working on certifications as well.

  8. I am having one hell of a time with aphids atm and wanted to start scaling up my micros but I think I need to sterilize the whole indoor garden at this point. Neem oil just slows them down and I should never have brought outside plants in. Rookie mistake I wont make again.

  9. Moving more than 1 tray at a time, I thought, was standard. Time saving would be rolling Germ racks that you can move from Germ room to grow room, then back to the planting room . Moving 60 at a time. Also having a 2 man system with essentially a dump waiter on your ladder for moving more than 2 trays up and down at a time.
    For soil, a large bin on a pallet inside saves a lot of moving, you can dump 300 trays in one bin, move it outside for pickup by a compost maker. Place the bin at the end of the cutting rack so it's all done at the same time.

  17. It cost me a fortune to do any kind of micro greens and seed starts. I have 30 solar panels so energy should not have been an issue but it was. Heat mats and lights are wicked expensive. It cost me $1000's of dollars to get started. I've tried everything I can think to lower cost but to no avail. I feel like this is my year though, Ill keep watching and learning hopefully I'll get it going smoother.
