4. biggest issues seem the opening 1-2 eps are only action packed ones, and the acting contrived and samey, but new lupin always welcome

    I just watched 「Lupin the Third: the First」 and then I saw this… Lupin the First come up on Netflix and I was like… Nice! ?

44. Very fun to watch but definitely not smart and clever. For someone who is supposed to be smart and witty, Assane makes such incredibly dumb mistakes and decisions just so that story could go on and story is so predictable with shallow characters. If you like easy crime-kids level shows to pass your time, you will probably enjoy this. If you think you are gonna see clever heists, you will be disappointed.
