It"s normal that Britain gives back Hong Kong to China. Imperialism time is over .A foreign country can't no longer occupy another country territory in the modern time .England doesn't want to look bad.
many of Hong Kong businesses are owned by the Chinese and they are the China supporters. Interesting, there are over 300,000 Canadians living in Hong Kong. They have set up businesses and companies offering employment and now suffering due to the protests with talk of pulling out.. Also, President Trump has advised China of more sanctions. Because of the vote, China can now bow out gracefully. No surprise at all.
& if they don't bow to China They can expect executions.
China can now bow out gracefully and I suspect that they will. We shall see if they do. I believe Steve is wrong. This was a huge brake for China. Common sense….it was expected. ?
