This ad is annoying af, ntm, as someone who knows about VPNs they exaggerate a lot of stuff to make it seem perfect and make it seem like you're being spied on if you don't use their VPN.
I challenge you to obtain my bank password in a coffee shop. Most sites are now using TLS to encrypt web traffic. The only thing your ISP can reasonably gather from a TLS enabled site is which server your computer is communicating with. For instance, they can tell I visited youtube, but they can't tell that what I looked at.

WARNING. Don't use a VPN! Every single website and videogame server that i use is being throttled because i started using a VPN and my ISP was no longer able to track my data. I can no longer use any websites except youtube or google. My ISP must think I'm a giant pedophile or something because i browse 4chan, and so they are automatically throttling every single connection which might potentially be a VPN. Holy fuck, using a VPN ruined my life. If you're a weirdo like me that doesn't do anything illegal, but is honestly just fucking weird, you might get fucked over by self righteous moral police working at your ISP or by local law enforcement monitoring your internet. I use Lichess a lot, that's unthrottled as well, but literally every other website in existence except youtube, google, wikipedia is throttled and unreachable. edit: Ohh, i found another website I can browse, Wired! Apparently the U.S passed a bill allowing throttling so this might be the internet of the future for everyone, though i live in Canada.
Stupid moral police, never molested a child. Even my 8 year old cousin offered to have sex with me and i refused, he was molested by his friends father or something and learned creepy things, apparently it's common that molested children will attempt to repeat those acts with other people after being molested. Don't think I'd molest a girl either. That's the closest to being a pedophile I never was.
