  1. Democracy for Hong Kong ???? we do not forgive we do not forget tell me the Hong Kong government and the CCP and Winnie the Pooh for the next leader of China lol ?

  2. These are no longer protesters vandalizing. These are terrorists. We should deal with them accordingly. Can no longer treat them as protesters. Hong Kong Government needs to do something. Hong Kong citizens are counting on you to put these terrorism to a stop.

  3. These radical protesters carry out violent acts in the name of human rights, but are in fact violating the basic human rights of expression, safety and livelihood of other citizens who are neither part of this group nor share its radical views and tactics. These radical protesters continue to make a blanket statement about police brutality against protesters in the past three months through the use of tear gas and rubber bullets, without naming the circumstances under which these measures were used

  4. I'm a HK citizen, those riots do the crazy stupid things to destroy HK in everyday & everywhere. Besides the riots & protesters, all HK people despise the rioters' behavior

  5. Hope you would see the truth. The riots is understated and the media only focus on what policy did and put high pressures to them. The media sometimes extra part of video, amended it and then posted in the internet to mislead public. The rioters did many bad things that totally affected the daily live of HK citizens. If you want to know more about the riots, please refer difference video from difference sources.

  6. Do the people of Hong Kong still hold rights granted to them in the : “ English Bill of Rights of 1689 ? “
    This good news might help calm the political stress in Hong Kong China.
    You do not have to be English to have protections provided for in the English Bill of Rights of 1689
    From Wikipedia – English Bill of Rights 1689 – Legal status

    The Bill of Rights remains in statute and continues to be cited in legal proceedings in the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth realms, particularly Article 9 on parliamentary freedom of speech.] Following the Perth Agreement in 2011, legislation amending the Bill of Rights and the Act of Settlement 1701 came into effect across the Commonwealth realms on 26 March 2015 which changed the laws of succession to the British throne.

    Part of the Bill of Rights remains in statute in the Republic of Ireland.

    Modern recognition

    Two special designs of commemorative two pound coins were issued in the United Kingdom in 1989 to celebrate the tercentenary of the Glorious Revolution. One referred to the Bill of Rights and the other to the Claim of Right. Both depict the Royal Cypher of William and Mary and the mace of the House of Commons, one also shows a representation of the St Edward's Crown and the other the Crown of Scotland.

    In May 2011, the Bill of Rights was inscribed in UNESCO's UK Memory of the World Register recognizing that:

    All the main principles of the Bill of Rights are still in force today, and the Bill of Rights continues to be cited in legal cases in the UK and in Commonwealth countries. It has a primary place in a wider national historical narrative of documents which established the rights of Parliament and set out universal civil liberties, starting with Magna Carta in 1215. It also has international significance, as it was a model for the US Bill of Rights 1789, and its influence can be seen in other documents which establish rights of human beings, such as the Declaration of the Rights of Man, the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and the European Convention on Human Rights.[28]

    As part of the Parliament in the Making programme, the Bill of Rights was on display at the Houses of Parliament in February 2015 and at the British Library from March to September 2015

    “ English Bill of Rights 1689 “

    An Act Declaring the Rights and Liberties of the Subject and Settling the Succession of the Crown

    Whereas the Lords Spiritual and Temporal and Commons assembled at Westminster, lawfully, fully and freely representing all the estates of the people of this realm, did upon the thirteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred eighty-eight [old style date] present unto their Majesties, then called and known by the names and style of William and Mary, prince and princess of Orange, being present in their proper persons, a certain declaration in writing made by the said Lords and Commons in the words following, viz.:

    And whereas …..

    That the pretended power of suspending the laws or the execution of laws by regal authority without consent of Parliament is illegal;

    That the pretended power of dispensing with laws or the execution of laws by regal authority, as it hath been assumed and exercised of late, is illegal;

    That the commission for erecting the late Court of Commissioners for Ecclesiastical Causes, and all other commissions and courts of like nature, are illegal and pernicious;

    That levying money for or to the use of the Crown by pretence of prerogative, without grant of Parliament, for longer time, or in other manner than the same is or shall be granted, is illegal;

    That it is the right of the subjects to petition the king, and all commitments and prosecutions for such petitioning are illegal;

    That the raising or keeping a standing army within the kingdom in time of peace, unless it be with consent of Parliament, is against law;

    That the subjects which are Protestants may have arms for their defence suitable to their conditions and as allowed by law;

    That election of members of Parliament ought to be free;

    That the freedom of speech and debates or proceedings in Parliament ought not to be impeached or questioned in any court or place out of Parliament;

    That excessive bail ought not to be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted;

    That jurors ought to be duly impanelled and returned, and jurors which pass upon men in trials for high treason ought to be freeholders;

    That all grants and promises of fines and forfeitures of particular persons before conviction are illegal and void;

    And that for redress of all grievances, and for the amending, strengthening and preserving of the laws, Parliaments ought to be held frequently.

    And they do claim, demand and insist upon all and singular the premises as their undoubted rights and liberties, and that no declarations, judgments, doings or proceedings to the prejudice of the people in any of the said premises ought in any wise to be drawn hereafter into consequence or example; to which demand of their rights they are particularly encouraged by the declaration of his Highness the prince of Orange ….edited

  7. At first, the public opinion in m mainland China is kinda neutral I would say. But as the protestors threw the flag unto the ocean and as they start to set fire on the streets, the public opinion start to shift. I don't oppose a protest, but commit crime under the name of democracy is genuinely disgusting

  8. We don't know why can this channel had this video record but i'm thinking that the story they try to tell us is not true. The people in the video may belong to the authority, they try to let the world against Hong Kong. I had seen lots of videos about Hongkongers and this is not one of them. This channel is bringing in fake news

  9. VANDALISM !!!! do you all think by doing this affecting other people safety will meet your demands ???? I was there 2 weeks ago was very peacefull but after I arrive home 2 days later like a war zone ?? So sad to see this ! God bless all Hongkong people and tourist

  10. Spoilt, entitled prepubescent morons. They think China's going to pay for the repairs? Lol
    They're going to have to take those vandalized trains to school next time, their tax-paying mummy and daddy's going to foot the repair bills, and fares are going to go up. If they'd paid any attention in class, they'd realize that.

    But noooo…trying unsuccessfully to break clocks with puny umbrellas seems cooler, no?

  11. actually they should use this tactic more often, destroy and leave, that would be awesome and left the police into desperation, i would suggest the protesters to actually use the split up system and just went into every station randomly at random time to make the police confused. lmao

  12. Thanks CNA for reporting all side of the story. While u search Hong Kong protest in BBC or CNN etc , the only thing western media is reporting is how the police used violent agains hk people. They will never mention a single word about these destructive protester. They are already biased by cherry picking the news to report.

  13. These are people who dont care about rights, they care more about using it as an excuse to smash things. 90% dont do this. It is those horrible few only
