伊朗总统哈桑·鲁哈尼（Hassan Rouhani）说，只要制裁仍然存在，伊朗就不会与美国就核问题进行谈判。

他说：“在制裁下，我们绝不会与敌人谈判。”

鲁哈尼在联大第二天发表讲话时说，伊朗“抵制了最残酷的经济恐怖主义”。

  22. Only sadistic tyrants will oppose President Rouhani's speech. Only the scum of the earth choose to support the burning of people in flames in all these Middle East countries. The warmongers of this world are sub-human they have no human character and feelings in them. The greed and hatred of those evil people who have robbed citizens of other countries of life, property and wealth do not have the ability to love and care for other humans. That is sad.  

    War must and will be stopped. UN has never done anything to procure peace they only talk peace whilst they encourage war. The world of humanity deserve to live without terror coming down upon them from the Skys. Anyone who joins the military in this day in order to depopulate and steal for a government is a mass murderer and I know for a fact they will pay back more pain and terror than they have brought upon nations when they are in support of these atrocities..  

    Judgment is coming upon this earth. God the Almighty has told me so by means of a messenger chosen from heaven. Alright you weren't spoken to so you will assume I haven't been spoken to either. However the Holy Scriptures would speak to you but you don't take heed of them. Very few do!
