What if I manually change Proxy Socks everytime I use torrents? I checked via Check your torrent IP – my browsing IP is whatever I choose it to be from using VPS and changing Socks/Ports in torrent client will show IP from copy/pasted ones, that I find online. Will IPS, who hire external companies be able to trace it back where is actually originates? (Yes, I got email from IPS, btw…)

I do have a question, do you guys have an updated version of this video? I know this video is almost 5 years old now and i noticed today while going through settting up my proxy again that there are a few different settings in the connections tab that arent in this video, as well as a few changes made to selections you made! While coonnected thru PIA vpn and proxy together on utorrent
when I use my "checkmytorrentip.png" , the IP address keeps changing randomly not being stable as same like PIA assigned ip address. Everytime I update tracker the proxy ip is not same.

I currently have a VPN (through privateinternetaccess, and connection settings are same as this video for the VPN application). Is it really necessary to set up the proxy settings for my uTorrent application, or is it currently protecting me from my ISP seeing my torrent activity?
