I have a huawei that can't be rooted
Am I missing something? I use express VPN, connect then just activate the hotspot feature on my pixel 3xl and have my laptop login to that. I've never had a phone that didn't allow the creation of a hotspot or any other issues. No root required.
Do u have a link on how to root android device's?
