  1. Go Pro should come up with a cam that you can attach to your sunglasses/ glasses… Interchangeable… So you can swapp around when using your own glasses. NOT a buit in camera o glasses…

  2. I was so hyped about google glass, finally a device which i can wear while riding my motorcycle and it provides heads up display of google maps and also record footage, sadly it never got released

  3. I'm surprised that the wearables is the one thing that Instagram has not been taken away from Snapchat. My only worry is about Privacy Issues in regards to these camera glasses. As these cameras get smaller how can we tell who's wearing them for the people not familiar with the technology?

  4. great content I really appreciate if you allow me to use some of your clips to make a video in my own language about the same topic next thing I would love you to make another video why not actually talking about cameras for your face and I'm not just talking about the GoPro and GoPro and 360 I'm talking about more options is there a substitute for spectacles to social media I prefer to be using a camera I don't want to the camera to tell exactly what I've been shooting cuz I might they be interesting stuff that they would like to keep to myself for example. long story short I would like to use it for journalistic work and I would like to have a wide field-of-view and a camera on my face but it doesn't look like a GoPro and can actually look less suspicious will look like actual sunglasses or regular glasses even glasses like North just where the camera is built in what it is with the good enough of a software in the house were so they will be usable in YouTube videos or something like it

  5. I am a spectacles3 owner but snapchats costumer service is terrible I can't buy a nuther spectacles 3 charging case for the love of God Ived wated 3 months for them not to say out of stock??????????

  6. Dude you should give the Insta360 Go a try. It’s a wearable camera, stabilized with ok footage, that you don’t have to put on your face, but hang from a magnet you wear as a collar.

Like you I’ve always dreamed of a wearable camera and the Go, so far, seems the best implementation because you don’t have to wear any sort of glasses

  7. nice vid Sam — ultimately i think people are just too in love with their phones to care though about wearable cameras and not people who don't normally wear glasses, enjoy wearing glasses (cept shades maybe). SAH ON!

  8. I do believe the Spectacles v3 offer you notifications, I'm not mistaken they're only for Snapchat and alert you when a friend sends you something. Anyway love love love my v3 Spectacles. I've been a Spectacles user since v1 (have v2 as well) and they have allowed me to simultaneously be present and capture moments in a way that I never would've.

  9. Smart Glasses are good thing for vloggers like you. But I think soon, the government will gonna ban them too because people gonna use it on a different way for sure like peeking on someone or for crimes.

  10. Good vid. Wearable cameras will always be popular with a small niche of people who have a specialized job to do. But for wearable cameras to be popular with most people, you need a camera that can tell a good story.

A wearable camera has to be easy to wear, fashionable, unthreatening design, takes acceptable quality video/audio, and most importantly comes with software that goes through the miles of footage and picks out interesting video clips/pictures for you and makes a good story out of them.

Most people already have a problem with too many pictures and videos (especially video) and not enough time to edit them. Let alone find a story. Organizing photos/videos is a huge problem for most people. Tons of content but no idea who's in the picture, where it was taken, or what the story behind it was.  Most of the content created since cameras were invented in the 1800's is worthless because there is no story behind the images/movies. It's just random visual noise.

An app that can organize/edit content into a story would be very helpful. But you're asking AI to edit your memories for you.  Your asking AI to control your sense of identity. Is that a good idea. It probably doesn't matter because no one cares about you. Most people have boring lives where nothing ever happens and then they die. We know this so why bother taking so many pictures/videos of our stupid lives.

Security cameras already capture content 24/7 but no one watches any of it until there's a story…like a robbery, an earthquake, or someone famous gets killed. We don't need more content, we need more stories, we need more people who have interesting lives. A good life is very rare and always will be. And if you're lucky enough to have one, you could give a shit less about wearable glasses. Because you're too busy living your amazing life.

  11. I agree 100%. Tech (like a wearable camera) should be simple and always ready. And wearing then on your face is a no brainer. I have searched and searched these past years, and there is not much competition out there. I would actually import snap glasses as they're not sold here, but I already wear glasses. Why isn't there a sort of "snap on" camera for glasses?

  12. Love it! I’m an OG spectacles owner and a big advocate for new cool form factors and wearable tech, and seeing Sam wearing the v3 specs has me considering an upgrade…
