Sir the main problem is that ur mobiles are a waste of money….I bought the k20 pro…especially for pubg…but the game in the mobile runs worst than Redmi note 8 pro..lots of lags and framedrops..first it was good but after the updates all are facing problem….I bought it from my hardly earned money..but now what to say..if u have bugs in ur updates then why don't u fix that I don't understand…don't play with us like that…..I will never buy Xiaomi mobiles again in my life…and suggest it to everyone not to buy IT..because money doesn't fall from the trees…

1. Why there is not any policy described at the time of purchase not about the return or replacement of the item. That it is clearly states that it is a big scam going on.

3. Why there is not any terms and conditions of order? Terms and conditions are not specified on the time of purchase. Which can help user/buyer about the further process. That is also clearly states that you want to keep customer in the dark so you can show your back and run away from service.
4. As your customer representative informed after a telephonic conversation that it is not for india. But in the whole written terms there is not specified that it is not applicable for india. As we all customers are taking it global warranty conditions. https://www.mi.com/global/support?v=us#warrant So again you are declining the service support and creating a fraud.
5. On the above link. That is clearly state "This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for Xiaomi, that can be identified by the Xiaomi or Mi trademark,…" There is not any word for the specified region. So it is for all.
6. Now if you are stating that you have a different website and you have different policies then why are you not mentioning them at the time of purchase? That means you want to take those thing to cheat customers.
If you can not accept the return then I want the answers and the full detailed policy report that you have made to fool us(customers).
