  1. surfshark 购买了24个月送3个月的套餐，开始的时候电脑上和移动设备上速度体验，连接服务器体验都不错。最近，开始下载速度明显不如从前了，下载速度只有400kps-2000kps，上传可以维持在6000kps。不知道是什么原因。问了技术援助也只是让我更新软件，换不同的协议试试但是这些都没有解决问题。用了up主介绍ss连接方式也试过了openvpn但是都是连接失败。
