  10. The Title of this Segment is Rene Zellweger honors Judy Garland during Speech for Best Actress. Silly me. I thought I would be able to hear and see her Acceptance Speech. Instead we get some woman talking and talking, with a rare occasional snippet of Rene Zellweger. In fact, the lady in orange opened by saying "Rene Zellweger wins her second Oscar this evening"…I thought..what did she win the first Oscar this evening for…I didn't know she had a second nomination? This piece is a total top off from the go moment. Not to mention the lady announcers awful orange frock…looks more Halloween than Oscar.
